With more than five decades of history, Palominos is one of the most recognized Sonoran cuisine brands in Mexico.
They came to TacoBanana with a clear need: to unify the communication of their different branches and achieve an efficient digital strategy that respected the essence of each restaurant , but also spoke with a single voice.
During our collaboration, we managed communications for its 12 branches in Mexico , including:
Mexico City (Insurgentes, Palmas), Guadalajara (Providencia, Punto Sur), Hermosillo (Río Sonora, Kino), Mexicali, Tijuana and its Palominos Express format.
The challenge was to generate adaptable content that could work for all locations , dividing budgets by location, strategically scheduling by area, and maximizing visual production efficiency to impact diverse audiences with a single, solid foundation of creativity.
One of the most important projects was the development of the campaign for its 50th anniversary , a celebration conceived not only as an advertising piece, but as a tribute to the history, values, and people who have built the brand.
We created a campaign with a family-oriented and emotional focus , where the protagonists were the members of the founding family themselves, as well as key collaborators: the person who makes the tortillas by hand, the chef behind their most iconic recipes, and those who operate each branch day to day.
Today, Palominos is a brand that continues to grow, with an expansion that has crossed borders. For us, it's a clear example of how a well-executed strategic alliance can help a brand organize its communications, connect with its community, and lay the foundation for its next stage of success.
